01 Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 year(s) of proven working experience as a sales executive or a relevant role
  • Working experience in a Supervisory role specializing in Corporate Sales or equivalent is a plus
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English; second language is a plus
  • Working experience in a Paper / Metal / Plastic Industry is a plus
  • Candidate must possess strong leadership, negotiation (communication skills) and analytical skills
  • Able to plan and execute strategy

02 Purchasing Spv Import

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement various purchasing strategies and procurement policies
  • Responsible for raw material purchases from suppliers (local Responsible for handling and resolving claims
  • Ensures the appropriate import compliance procedures, such as monitoring shipment from suppliers
  • Strategize, manage and handle all local and imported documents and shipping processes
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that the Purchase Orders have been sent on schedule
  • Monitor the delivery procedure to guarantee on time service to customers while maximizing revenue
  • Manage all supplier contracts and assist to administer best pricing strategies for all purchase materials and suppliers
  • Negotiate the best deals for pricing and supply contracts
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with all suppliers
  • Analyze and compile Purchase Request monitors
  • Issue purchase orders
  • Support daily indirect purchasing activities

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • At least two (2) years of working experience as a Purchasing / Import Supervisor
  • Ability to understand the complete procedure of a purchase import
  • Ability to execute planning and purchasing functions for imported products
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Indonesian; ability to speak Mandarin a plus
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (Ms. Office)
  • Working experience in a Paper / Metal / Plastic Industry a plus
  • Candidate must possess excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Candidate must possess strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills

03 Sales Technical Support

Job Responsibilities

  • Focus on complex scientific and technical products for businesses
  • Sourcing potential customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers
  • Meet with customers, demonstrate products and educating potential customers about the functions of the product
  • Discover and fully understand what customer's needs and requirements
  • Analyze customer issues and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Advising customers of updates and new technologies
  • Periodically check up on clients to see how current installations are working and to offer additional services and products

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Industrial) or equivalent, with minimum GPA 3.00
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
  • Good knowledge and understanding of chemical products
  • Have a good analysis and good communication skills
  • Able to work effectively, multitasking tasks, self-motivated and well-organized person
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with clients

04 Admin Sales

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare & review all documents for export/import
  • Handle Production SPK with Production and PPIC Team
  • Handle goods shipping and follow up shipment upon arrival location
  • Wide range of duties that deals with each step of the shipping process
  • Understand SO, PO & Invoice input
  • Create export documents for export shipments
  • Make bobbin turnover reports, purchase wire scraps and transportation costs
  • Communicate with production & warehouse to support orders and deliveries

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of admin Export experience
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English
  • Familiar with the legal requirements regarding importing and exporting shipment
  • Understand how to make export documentation
  • Able to read and make report, as well as analyze and solve problems
  • Strong communication skills, interaction skills, and critical thinking
  • Able to work in a team, have time management skills, and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and ability to multi-task, prioritizing work and meet deadlines
  • Work neatly and systematically
